A Workshop on Scientific Writing for Publication as part of the DOST VI-funded project, “Operationalization of Regional Research Journal” was conducted at Northern Iloilo State University (NISU), Estancia, Iloilo last November 16, 2022. 

This workshop was attended by faculty-researchers of NISU headed by their Vice President for Research and Extension Services, Dr. Allemar Jhone P. Delima, and Director for Scientific Publications, Dr. Jan Carlo T. Arroyo. The resource person of the said workshop was Dr. Christopher Marlowe A. Caipang from the Division of Biological Sciences, UP Visayas.

The activity commences the aims of the project to promote and encourage faculty-researchers from different SUCs and HEIs in the region to publish their manuscripts to the proposed regional research journal. In this project, UPV Vice Chancellor for Research and Extension Dr. Harold M. Monteclaro serves as project leader.
