Monitoring and evaluation of UPV Projects under CHED IG & IDIG funding
The tasks were done by the CHED M&E Team composed by Ms. Noemi A. Isidro, CHED-Central Office; Dr. Roselie B. Alday and Dr. Felixberto M. Mercado, CHED Technical Evaluators; and Ms. Rochelle Jenn Pimentel from CHED Region VI.
These were the projects evaluated by the CHED Team:
- Capacity-Building of Communication and Media Studies and Literature Faculty for the Development of the Division of Humanities’ Research, Creative Work and Extension Program with Prof. Susan Mila Alvarez-Tosalem as project leader.
- CHeRiSH – Cultural Heritage Resilience and Sustainability to Multiple Hazards represented by VCPD Prof. Rhodella Ibabao as project leader, Ms. Suzette Peñaredondo, Research Assistant and Engr. Mary Earl Daryl A. Grio of Central Philippine University
- Strengthening the Philippine Tourism Industry Through UPV’s Center for Heritage, Culture, and Performing Arts (Main Building/Old Iloilo City Hall) with Prof. Martin Genodepa as project leader
The project leaders and their respective research staff were joined by the representatives from Accounting and Supply and Property Services Office (SPSO) offices. This monitoring and evaluation include filling up of forms needed to ensure proper closing of these externally-funded projects.
On the second day, the CHED team had a courtesy meeting with Chancellor Camposano at the New Administration Building and proceeded with inspection of the facilities and equipment at the Division of Humanities.
