Northern Bukidnon State College benchmarks at UP Visayas
Representatives from Northern Bukidnon State College visited the University of the Philippines Visayas last July 11, 2023 for their benchmarking activity. With the goal of learning the research operations of the university, the visitors were able to talk with the representatives of the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Extension as well as of the UPV DOST Coastline 5023 FTBI.
The NBSC representatives were headed by their College President, Dr. Catherine Roween C. Almaden, together with Mr. Alven L. Gomez, Extension Director; Ms. Caroline Laarni R. Sereñas, Research Director; and Dr. Daniel S. Lerongan, QA Director.
UPV representatives were also there to present and discuss different research and development-related matters with the NBSC delegation. Present were Dr. Mary Grace Sedanza, assistant to the VCRE, Ms. Maria Rotsen A. Cayanan, AO IV of the OVCRE, Ms. Queennie Hope Legaste, Project Assistant 1 of the UPV DOST Coastline 5023 FTBI and Ms. Ruby Napata UR 1, CFOS-IFPDS.
They were also welcomed by Chancellor Clement C. Camposano, Ph. D. and Vice Chancellor for Research and Extension, Dr. Harold M. Monteclaro and had a short exchange of pleasantries.
The visitors also had the chance to go around the UP Visayas Iloilo City Campus, specifically at the UPV Museum of Arts, Culture and Heritage.
